Is the automatic switch-on system reliable - won't it stop working after a while?
If you use high-quality components and in the case of high-quality workshop processing, you will not have any problems with the automatic switching system.
Even after more than 10,000 belts sold, we do not encounter any complaints, but for your peaceful sleep, you automatically have a 5-year warranty for each belt.
Which tape size should I choose?
As standard, men's belts are supplied in a length of 120 cm, and these belts are suitable for a waist circumference of up to 105 cm.
Women's belts are supplied in a standard length of 100 cm and are suitable for a waist circumference of up to 85 cm.
You can easily shorten your belt at home according to the following instructions - instructions. If you need a longer belt, you can order an extra length for men's and women's belts.
Are REDFIR straps made of genuine leather?
Yes, REDFIR straps are genuine leather. We use high-quality Italian beef leather in production.
In production, we exclusively use leather, which was created as a by-product, i.e. no animal dies because of our production.
Is it possible to make a custom belt?
Yes, we can make you a belt with an individual leather color, stitching, logo or other details, for more information contact us at info@redfir.cz.
What is the width of the tape?
Men's belts are 3.5 cm wide and women's belts are 3 cm wide. We cannot make you a belt in a different width, as our buckles would not fit on it.

If you are buying a belt as a gift, you can choose a popular alternative - the purchase of a gift voucher , where the recipient can then choose a belt according to their own preference.
Is it possible to return the belt in case of dissatisfaction?
If you are not satisfied with the belt, you can return it to us free of charge within 100 days.
If you have had a custom-made belt or a belt with a monogram made, returns are not possible, as such a product would no longer be resalable.
What makes our belts special?
The REDFIR belt is an exceptional fastening system that brings a number of advantages over classic belts. You can find more about the benefits in the Why REDFIR section. In addition, the belts are handmade in the Czech Republic from high-quality cow leather.
Belts without holes are also known by names such as automatic belts, automatic belts, automatic buckles, automatic buckle, suit belts, suit belts and others.
Is it possible to personalize the belts?
You can buy REDFIR belts in a standard design, but you can also have the belt tailored to your needs. You can have the belt made in a longer version or order the embossing of a monogram, an inscription, or a company symbol or logo. You can also customize the length, leather color, stitching type and color, or the shape of the belt tip. Contact us and we will send you a customized price offer. Where and how are the belts made?
The leather part of the belts is handmade in the Czech Republic, in a workshop with a 28-year tradition of leather production. We import metal buckles from abroad, where they have rich experience in their production.
What materials are used in the manufacture of belts?
All our belts are handcrafted from genuine Italian cow leather. The front side of the belt is made of "top grain leather", which is one of the highest quality types of leather. Belts are sewn only from half croupon, where the leather is the strongest and has the best properties. The reverse side of the belt is made of "split leather", i.e. the lower layer of leather. It is important to draw attention to the fact that the lowest quality "genuine leather" is not used in the production of our belts, as is the case with many common belts of other brands.
Metal clips are made of zinc alloy in various colors and finishes. The main element is zinc, and aluminum and other elements are contained in small amounts. The clips also contain a small amount of nickel and may therefore not be suitable for people with nickel allergies or sensitivities.
How are REDFIR belts packaged?
As standard, we send our belts in a cardboard box with a size of approximately 16x16x6cm and a total weight of about 400g. Custom-made boxes for us according to our specification are manufactured by the Czech company Solpap s.r.o. The belts are stored in the box in a textile bag made of brushed canvas with embroidery of our REDFIR logo, which is also made for us by the Czech company Pytlíčky s.r.o. This is a protected workshop where people with medical conditions work and mental illness. And we are happy that our packaging is also made in the Czech Republic.
The second option is to buy a gift package, in which case the belts are placed in a wooden hexagonal box with an engraved REDFIR logo. The size of the package in this case is approximately 19x17x7cm and the weight is about 650g. Just like the cardboard boxes, the wooden box is produced for us by a Czech company.
What are the belt sizes?
Men's belts are 3.5 cm wide and their standard length is 120 cm.
Women's belts are 3.0 cm wide and their standard length is 100 cm.
After purchasing the belt, the customer simply adjusts its length himself.
Longer belts and monogrammed belts can be ordered to order.
How is the belt shortened?
The package also includes instructions for using and shortening the REDFIR belt. You simply remove the clip and cut off the excess tape.
How soon will the belt be delivered after purchase?
In most cases, goods that are available in stock are delivered within 2 working days after ordering.
In case the goods are not available in stock, please contact us to verify the planned availability.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, we only ship the goods after receiving the payment.
A specific case is larger orders or orders for custom production. In these cases, the delivery date will always be the subject of our tailor-made offer for you.
Where do you deliver belts to?
We deliver our products throughout Europe.
Can belts be returned or exchanged?
According to the law, you can return a standard belt without additional personalization within 100 days after purchasing it on the Internet. The condition is an intact packaging and an undamaged belt. If you want to return the goods to us, please contact us and we will agree how and where to send the goods. We can exchange belts for unworn, undamaged and unshortened belts. It may happen that you may receive a gift that is not exactly what you imagined. In that case, you can contact us and we will exchange your belt for a variant of your choice. The customer pays the postage for returning and exchanging goods. In case of an error on our side, the postage is paid by us.
The return and exchange of a shortened belt or a custom-made belt is not possible, mainly because such a belt is practically unsaleable.
What is the warranty on the belts?
We offer an extended 5-year warranty on our products.
