Complaints and returns

In the event of a complaint or withdrawal from the contract, you can return the package to us at our expense through the Post Office.

All you have to do is report our unique ID 90942420 when submitting the shipment at one of the submission points. The operator of the delivery point will print the label, stick it on the shipment and give you a confirmation of receipt of the shipment. Please put the completed form in the package or send us via e-mail.

Complaint

If your product has a certain defect and you want to complain about it, please send us a photo of the defect and a completed complaint form to info@redfir.cz. You can find the form here .

Return

If you decide to withdraw from the contract within 100 days of purchase, please send us a completed contract withdrawal form to info@redfir.cz. You can find the form here .

Withdrawal from the contract within 100 days of purchase is possible only in the case of undamaged standard goods. In the case of custom production, it is not possible to withdraw from the purchase contract.

💸 Vrátenie tovaru

Tovar môžete vrátiť do 100 dní od nákupu, ak je nepoškodený a nepoužitý.

Peniaze vraciame do 5 pracovných dní od doručenia balíka.

Postup je rovnaký ako pri reklamácii — stačí vložiť číslo objednávky a číslo účtu do balíka

alebo nám všetko napísať e-mailom na info@redfir.sk.

⚙️ Zákazková výroba

Pri produktoch vyrobených na zákazku (napr. s monogramom alebo so špeciálnou dĺžkou opasku) nie je možné odstúpiť od kúpnej zmluvy podľa §1837 Občianskeho zákonníka.

Ak sa však objaví akýkoľvek problém, vždy sa snažíme nájsť riešenie – úprava, oprava alebo čiastočná výmena sú u nás samozrejmosťou.
